Diocese of Evansville Stewardship Day
Tracy Earl Welliver, MTS, is a Catholic author, speaker, consultant, and Gallup-certified Strengths coach with over 25 years of experience in parish ministry. He is currently the Director of Parish Community and Engagement for LPi where he manages their consulting and coaching services. He is the author of the Everyday Stewardship Book Series and reflections that appear in parish and diocesan media around the world. Most recently he created a stewardship course for the ReviveParishes platform which features other key Catholic presenters. He has theology degrees from DeSales University and Duke Divinity School. He resides with his family in Greensboro, NC.

9:00: Opening Prayer with and Comments from Bishop Siegel
9:15: Living as an Everyday Steward -
Introducing people to the underlying principles of Stewardship: A Disciple’s Response, the concept and six characteristics of Everyday Stewardship, and reality of the unique person with gifts that God created each of us to be.
10:30: Becoming the YOU that God Created - Presenting how people uncover their uniqueness and giftedness, how they grow their gifts into real strengths, and how they ultimately finds their purpose in God’s plan.
11:45 Lunch (Provided)
The afternoon will be focused on further developing the concepts from the morning, with an emphasis on how participants can really impact their parish community. Each session will be a maximum of 45 minutes, beginning with a short video and presentation and then the bulk being small group discussions.
