A MINISTRY OF THE DIOCESE OF EVANSVILLE

“Project Rachel is an ongoing ministry of the Catholic Church in the U.S. to those who have been involved in abortion. It is a diocesan-based network of specially trained priests, religious, counselors, and laypersons who provide a team response of care for those suffering in the aftermath of abortion. In addition to referring for Sacramental Reconciliation, the ministry provides an integrated network of services, including pastoral counseling, support groups, retreats and referrals to licensed mental health professionals.”-USCCB

“Do not give in to discouragement and do not lose hope...
If you have not already done so, give yourselves over with humility and trust to repentance.
The Father of mercies is ready to give you his forgiveness and his peace in the Sacrament of Reconciliation.”

-Saint John Paul II, The Gospel of Life
