Indiana March for Life

Though the march itself is open to all ages, this particular trip is open to 8th - 12th grade youth and adult chaperones that register with the parish or school. This trip includes charter bus travel, a hooded sweatshirt, a boxed lunch, and entrance into the youth rally & Mass for life!

Registration Information

To register, each person must: 

1. Print, fill out, and sign the youth or adult registration packet. Group leaders may set this up as an online registration if they choose to do so. Online forms must match the exact wording that we have on our diocesan forms. 
2. Submit forms and payment of $65 per person to your parish or school designated group leader.

Individuals should contact their parish or school to see if there is a group leader assigned.

If there is not a group leader from your parish/school, we will assign you to a group.  Please contact us directly at [email protected] with any questions.

All adults (18+ and out of high school) must complete diocesan safe environment training and a background check prior to the trip. Contact parish or school group leaders for more information. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

The online form for group leaders must be filled out by Tuesday, January 7 at 12pm CST / 1pm EST. 
Registration forms and payment must be turned in to the Diocese by Friday, January 10. 

For Group Leaders Only:

Group leaders from parishes and schools are required to fill out the online registration form below by Tuesday, January 7 at 12pm CST / 1pm EST for each individual in your group. Leaders will then collect the youth or adult event waiver, the medical form, and payment. One check from your group will then be sent to the diocese. 

Itinerary

Wednesday, January 22, 2025
GENERAL ITINEREARY (all times below are Eastern)
9:00am - 11:00am - Youth Rally for Life with keynote speaker Katie Prejean McGrady & Sarah Kroger Band. 
11:30am - Mass for Life with Indiana bishops.
12:45pm - Lunch, then pre-march rally when finished.
1:45pm - March through downtown Indianapolis.
2:30pm - Rally & speakers on the steps at the Indiana Statehouse. Group picture. 
3:00pm - Depart for home. Quick stop and break at Flying J in Indianapolis. 

What to Bring

This is a one day event, so you shouldn't need much. Below are a few items that would be helpful to bring along: 
  • Comfortable and durable shoes to walk in
  • Warm clothes (warm pants, hoodie will be provided, jacket, gloves, hot hands if desired, etc.)
  • Optional umbrella
  • Optional money for extra snacks or drinks
