Youth Registration Packet
Adult Registration Packet
Individuals should contact their parish or school to see if there is a group leader assigned.

If there is not a group leader from your parish/school, we will assign you to a group.  Please contact us directly at jgoebel@evdio.org with any questions.

All adults (18+ and out of high school) must complete diocesan safe environment training prior to the trip. Contact parish or school group leaders for more information. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

The deadline for registration is Friday, January 6, 2023 at 5:00pm CST. Anyone that registers after we reach our capacity will be added to our wait list.

For Group Leaders Only:

Group leaders from parishes and schools are required to fill out the online registration for each individual in your group. Leaders will then collect the youth or adult event waiver, the medical form, and payment. One check from your group will then be sent to the diocese.
