Non-Certified Application Instructions
Thank you for considering a position in our Catholic schools. Non-certified positions include Administrative Assistants, Teaching Assistants, Preschool Assistants, Daycare Employees, After School Care Employees, Cafeteria Employees, Maintenance and Custodial Employees, and paid Coaches.
Our schools operate as an independent network rather than a system. Although employment decisions are made at the local level, the Catholic Schools Office maintains a master file of applicants. The completed application packet materials must be submitted to [email protected]. Completed applicant files will be forwarded to principals. Principals will review files and contact applicants directly for an interview. Applicant files will be kept on file for one year, unless you annually request that it remain active. Notification is greatly appreciated if you accept another position or if you no longer wish to be considered as a candidate for employment. Again, thank you for your interest in working in the Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Evansville. Steps to Complete Non-Certified Applicants: 1. Submit Non-Certified Application and Safe Environment to [email protected]. 2. Submit CPI form. This will generate Kidtraks background check. The emails will guide you through the process. 3. Login or create an account on CMG. Request a background check and complete Safe Environment training through 100%.
